    Although Skynet is a real company based in Japan, DARPA is the candidate for real terminators. But in order for the humanoid robots to start killing humans, they must first develop self awareness. Quantum computers is required for that. Because the biologic algorithms are too complex for ordinary silicon crystal computers. But if robots become smarter than us, wouldn't they also be more rational, and avoid harming others?
