I liked it too - your body type would really show off when movement isn't coordinated through the center and where kime is lacking (I have the same type) but you were together and focussed. Good intensity. Nice work. Thanks for posting.

In kata i miss more Kime, mainly in the final blow, and in the kumite you need too be more pacient and waste less strikes. but good technique in general, keep training! Cheers from Brazil! OSS!

and mine mae geri or ushiro would knock you out!!! for me u are no ready for kumite.....nowdays everybody are going to kumite but physically not ready!!! in FUDOKAN karate-do my friend from russia knocked out 5 them with ushiro geri and mae geri bcs they were not ready to take a hit!!

I can not believe that it is ITKF traditional karate!!!! this is disgrace for traditional karate!!! first-your kata is not good at all..no strength and no natural kime....when u do kata it must look like you are really fighting!!!and kumite is even worst!!!!that what you 2 are doing is worst than sport karate kumite...you have no guard, and you are not trained to take hit....i am shure that you would fall after 1 strong mae geri!!!
