Experiment on automated improvisational video montage: two layers of video are ramdomly mixed and processed by the computer using ... all max/msp/jitter creating a a non-linnear video-dance that will change and mutate within imagined worlds of cars and appliances.

The clips were created with public domain footage from "Design for Dreaming" a General Motors commercial from 1956.

I have also created an interactive version in which the top layer is visible/audible only when the user moves/dances in a spotlight/video tracking.

Sound specially designed for the clips. First of the series "Dancing for Technology" in homage to dancer Tad Tadlock.
