how do i stream the videos i recorded from the tape to the computer?

you can transfer using firewire definatly or usb i think on a pc

I have HC 35 and want to switch to HC96, but I see it has only 10x optical zoom :(
Is there a zoom converter for/by Sony handycams? Thanks!

I don't know what this guy did, but i always use firewire to transfer my video from DCR HC96 to my MAC, idk about a pc

yes i used a firewire cable to transfer to my pc. The cable wasn't included with the camera.
