Grape-Nuts and ESPN's Kenny Mayne help build up your pitching skills to strike out your baseball hero at fantasy camp in this episode of the Guy's Manual. Weve got you covered from bean balls to strike zone advice.

HOST KENNY MAYNE
Being a professional athlete is every boys dream. Okay, maybe not every boy, but a lot of boys. Of course, as you get older, the dream fades. But along came Baseball Fantasy Camp...and now youre going to get your chance. Like Jason here. one of his childhood heroes. How awesome would be it if he actually struck him out? Okay, its not very likely, but these nuggets of wisdom might help him achieve the improbable. Yeah, that sucked. But, at least now hes overconfident. It's okay, Jason, dont worry. Its been a while, but your skills are still there. However you do need to remain calm...'Cause you don't want this to happen. It's hard to come back from that, buddy. Okay, just relax. Breathe slowly and deeply. Okay, you got away with that one. Heres where Id usually tell you to work in tandem with your catcher. But considering hes a dentist from Scranton and just ate a bundt cake in between innings, youre on your own, Jay. Next tip, stick to the basics of pitching. Youve evened the count at one and one. Throw it to the parts of the plate that are hardest to hit. Okay, that was a tube shot right down powder river. So now youve got him down one and two. You cant give him anything good here. But dont go head-hunting. Getting beat up by your childhood hero will mean years of therapy. All right, hes now seen everything youve got. Its time to get creative. Okay, that's not cool. The Eephus pitch! The Folly Floater! The Bugs Bunny Curve! Yes! Beautiful! You did it, Jay. But don't celebrate just yet. Thats only the first out of the inning. Until next time, enjoy being a man who gets things done.
