i'm tired of having to explain this to everyone. in the comic, hulk is sent through a black hole by accident. this saps his power. before, he was so overcharged with power he couldn't talk properly. after, he has less power therefore he can talk properly. he gains it back to the point he's the most powerful version of the hulk, but still retains the same personality. now, either watch the damn movie or read this story in the comics (which i highly recommend) and stop asking dammit.
