I CAN'T BELIEVE I NEVER KNEW ABOUT THIS SHOW!!!! I WAS SO STUCK ON THE APHRODITE TOUR (that show was AMAZING, AND I have the CD/DVD), but I was new to Kylie!! I needed to get to know her a little bit more!!! Then I stumble upon THIS??? SHE IS AMAZING!!!!! Beyonce, Britney, Madonna, TAKE NOTES, LADIES, CAUSE KYLIE IS THE REAL DEAL!!!!!!!

The hype may be exactly where you pointed: live vocals. She's basically the only pop artist I know who won't lip-sync at all, not even during some specific bits - cause, well, she won't dance instead of performing. This bit of the show is very choreographed so as to look very robotic, though, but she is far from a great dancer.

Yeah, it looks kinda freaky. I don't know if you've seen the whole thing, but this specific bit of the show is very choreographed to mainly feature robotic moves, that's why, but as the show progresses she gets to dance more naturally. This tour was very conceptual, with plenty cultural references and stuff (there's some sort of "story" behind each of the "acts" of the show), but, still, she ain't no great dancer at all.

She is commanding the stage-MJ taught to take the moment in and let the audience acknowledge you-she is taking her moment. She is amazing.
