Ha! The castle and the volcano in the background. Used to love this game. Xbox 360 doesn't have volcanos in its driving games :)

@SubvenioArguo TRUE BUT THEY REALLY HELP . IF A GAME LOOKED LIKE THIS TODAY AND WAS RELEASED AS A RACER IT WOULD BE THE WORST GAME EVER LOL i started on a grandstand pong then a bbc then onto the c16 :)

if any ones interested i have some old c16 stuff in my loft!some old games and im sure the old tape recorder for it!ive no idea if any of it works as i dont have the actual console anymore!!!

@SubvenioArguo Yeah, I agree 'old' games seem to be better and more enjoyable; I think it's because of the longlasting playabiltiy that make them more addictive. Or maybe I'm just a sentimental fool..

I remember the first time I accidentally killed thr "chaser" on X-Zap with one of the rebound shots. I spend the next week trying to recreate it with no luck :(

In 20 years i'll still be on the commodore 16! I love these old games. Good graphics don't necessarily make a good game.

No problemo. I really should be into new games on the PS3 or Xbox but these old games are the best!
