I like your comments though on this one point if you're referring to Sifu William Cheung he can't be called grandmaster.

Even Yip Man never allowed or wished for himself to be titled as a grandmaster so none of his students, including the controversial Sifu William Cheung, can claim such a title.

I don't know about the record as it's such a heavily disputed record so often...Joe Calzaghe apparently can throw near 9 a second which is damn good for a conventional boxer IMO.
