another way to shut of a newer bike. of course this is the crash or dump it test lol but there is a little black fuse like size thing that says UP with a arrow on it. if that arrow is not pointing up it will shut off the bike and wont start till its in the up position

Because some of the information being presented in this video is incomplete. They are not informing you to the full extent. Don't you want know the most you can about riding a motorcycle? It would be different if he were teaching a cookie baking class but this is video about riding motorcycles. It could be dangerous, HELLO anybody home?

Great comment. So true and simple. I almost pissed my pants laughing. You are funny. LMAO

Some motorcycles require that the clutch has to be squeezed in order to start the engine, or the side stand must be in the up position. Read the owner's manual to be sure and you can't go wrong.

Never say never. Shit happens. I am a professional rider and I got taken out by a car head on.

If you have fuel injection it is suggested that you do not use the engine cut off switch. It spikes the computer. Usually the owner's manual will state proper shut down procedures.
I started riding 6 months ago. Videos like this are helpful for beginners. You're a dumb-ass jerk.

There are 2 main points here. 1) This is his bike. 2) This is the way he does it. Not all bikes have a neutral safety switch or a kick stand interlock. It would be best to read the owners manual for any bike, car, radial arm saw, etc, etc before starting them. Or, get a friend with a video camera to enter a stupid contest.
