China Beach Intro

i so loved this.actors,music...so nostalgic atmosphere..

This show had only a good intro

but Tour of Duty was way better

they keep remaking hospital dramas on TV, three rivers, Mercy so why in the heck don't they get back to some Mash comedy and some seriousness of War with some China Beach era? The Networks are idiots if they think this subject matter wouldn't be watched, with the right cast they could kick some major rating but, its all about the writers and the actors so get on it NBC your must see TV is almost DNR

Shows like this, Tour of Duty, MASH, Hill Street Blues etc etc. would cost WAY to much money to be made.
It's all about protecting the bottom line.
Ratings and viewership has nothing to do with it.
I feel your pain though dude.

Soap Operas need to stay far away from war content.

Loved this show. I soooo wish it would come out on DVD. Would love to watch it all again.
