good idea but you could also just do repetitions of 4 sets of 25 crunches to make 100 crunches which can worok your upper body its easy and not to hard

Cam I just say it's not about how meany crunches u do if u do 100 and that's it stright up ul get nowhere my dads a fitness teacher

the only thing i might have trouble with is the diet. im a kid and my mum makes me my dinna,so i cant change my dinna.
