This launch got to more then 15,000,000m before I ended the fight. It may have made escape velocity and that I would just drift forever if I had let it.

  • now, get back :)

  • @RustyGreenReflection This is a one-way trip. :P Brave Kerbals exploring space....

  • @JuryDutySummons If it's a one-way trip, why did you give them a parachute? xD

  • @taramaclayfan ......

    I have no idea.

    ....

    Give them false hope?

  • Perfect.

  • You know SAS tries to point you towards where it was facing when it was turned on.. So if you turn it on before you launch, pointing directly up, your rocket will always try to point straight up, the fact you had it pointing at an angle when you turned it on was why it was so wobbly, it was fighting your attempts to chance direction.

  • @JuryDutySummons Good man.

  • I CAN NEVER SEPERATE i press space and the stage ends and it doesn't fall off it just stays there in a pile SOMEONE PLEASE REPLY

  • @MrSporeowns kearth*

  • i think it would be crazy if someone could enter a sun orbit, and succesfully make it back to kerbin.

  • Sooo... I somehow managed to get into an orbit around the sun alongside Kerbin with a maximum distance of 13,958,485,893m to Kerbin. Traveling at over 9000m/s the crew reach the apoapsis 70 days after launch.

    How did I do that?

  • @MrSuednym S.A.S stops your craft from spinning so that would be hard :\ Good idea though :D

  • Escape velocity is 8km/s

  • I calculated 9,999,999m

  • I just noticed how empty Kerbal space is. There's not even any stars...
