Nothing wrong with technical degrees. I am also in accounting, what do you make of this push to IFRS?

i am changing parties to liberatatian because i am tired of both parties. They are both responsible for all of this mess. I want my freedoms back to live happy and not pay so many taxes. I just want to be free like all other americans. wind and solar are great but never have been successful because they are so inefficient at utilizing and channeling energy. So we have to work on myriad of things.

i have been a stay at home mom educated with a degree in psychology. i have home schooled my son sucessfully and he is 17 4.00 college student and a genius in math. he was going to become a cardiologist but now with uneversal healthcare he is not going to do it. I think there is going to be a need for
alternative education.

you need to start a business bookkeeping for small business. I would love to have a parttime book keeper to keep me on track and the file my taxes at the end of the year. you still have a much needed service. you just need to do it for yourself and not work for corporate america.

its the same with religion - if you're a Christian don't go to bible college to be a pastor...don't take history classes to learn history - its a WASTE...but if you're inclined to take womens studies, black studies, mexi-studiees, queer studies, whiteness studies please fill your entire schedule with these courses and keep them alive and pay thousands for a degree in this :oD

Unless it is an Ivy League Degree (e.g. Yale, Harvard, etc) They get first shot at the premium jobs.
Growing gardens might become the latest rage soon considering the economy is getting worse each day. I don't think throwing money and tax cuts at people will fix the problem. New viable industries need to be created and I doubt solar and wind will be it due to the fact they are problem riddled alternative energy resources.

History is worthless too. However, I did go to a community college before I transferred to a 4 yr school.
