Assuming this 'Total Control thing' is a successful Socialist revolution in America, China would help the US government, while I feel inclined towards saying that Russia would help the Anti-Socialists, assuming they don't simply remain neutral.

Australia is allied with Canada, the US (as it is today) and Britain; they would sure as hell oppose a Socialistic takeover.
