  • It depends how fast you walk. Formula is 0.47 times your weight is the calories you burn per Kilometre. So for you, you would burn 99 calories per Kilometre, or 160 per mile. And anyone who says you cant lose weight by walking and can by buying what their selling are the ones with a magical formula to scam you.
