  • This is my preferred macro-brew pale lager of choice. One could call it a good lawnmower beer as it's great on a hot summer day. Also if you intend to pound a lot of beers down it's very drinkable and will get the job done. That's not something your going to do with an Imperial Stout or 90 minute IPA.

  • @plumerjr I don't have a preferrred macro lager. If you like this style try Ellicotville's Mow Masters Ultra Pale Ale.

  • It was once a favorite of mine because of it's price. For about $15, I'd get 12 32oz bottles for Friday night's card games. I'd guzzle them down in under 4 seconds! Why not? Gets you there quicker & even I was surprised at how fast I was. Ahhh. . .Good times

Beers like this one though will have you or your guests constantly looking for a restroom as it'll go thru you in about 30 minutes or less.

It tastes great for the price.

  • @RageAgainstRustyCage Tasting "great" might be a bit of a stretch.

  • I ahve been thinking about reviewing High Life I might wait awhile after your review good job

  • @AmzingBeerDrinkngMan I would holf off, not very enjoyable.

  • As someone who's had cat piss on a few occasions, I'm with you on banning the term from the beer reviewer's vocabulary. They are to be served at two entirely different temperatures, and so all comparisons must be distrusted.

  • What's your favorite macro-lager? Or, do you have a micro that's affordable and fills the role of a refreshing pale lager or session beer?

  • @TheFoamingHead Yeah, I've grown up, too. Moved on to Coor's for a while, then had a pitcher of Widmer Bros Hef one day & then a few pitchers of Blue Moon on another special occasion. I've quit cheap beer, now.

    Here's the lesson I've learned: A great 6-pack beats a cheap 12pack anyday!

I'm just here cuz, I was shocked there was a Miller High Life review! Well done.

  • @ChadzBeerReviews I would hold off on it.

  • @mburns1788 That's one way to put it.

  • Come on man ... I mean really... You know what... Just joking... You are a beer geek, which is better than a beer snob... I honestly think you can find some goodness in any beer, which is important... remember all beer has some merit somewhere... thanks for keeping it clean... I, uh, like to think i'm a beer geek too .. i've put up a couple 2 or 3 vids on the subject... Anyway great kill without being crass... that's a skilll if you know what I mean... Great subdued critique..
