I like this circuit! Suspension training is all I do now. The TRX straps are overpriced though. I got mine from Vital Straps dotcom for $41. They work great.

@stupidgymshit thanks!!!!!! i don't worry that much about bulking up as my body has a relatively small frame. i just want to be 100 lbs of muscle rather than 120 of fat :) i've been trying TRX, did it today and wow! so challenging, maintaining balance and everything! it's great. thanks for your videos

How on earth do you keep your writs in neutral position at all times while using the TRX? Any tips?

would you say 30-45 minutes three times a wekk of TRX would be enough to get muscle tone? i'm at 120lbs and 5'5

@vodooochild33 I think the TRX is awesome, but I personally wouldn't do it 3 times per week. If you absolutely love it, do it 2 times per week and do some additional free-weight lifting on the other day and you'll achieve an amazing physique. I promise you're not going to get bulky unless its very easy for you to grow a mustache (meaning you have very high amounts of testosterone running through your blood....which you don't because you're a female). :-)

Bryan, with the push ups: is there many different ways to do push ups all while using the TRX? Because my one of my TRX instructors used to have us use the stirrup part underneath the handles for our feet and do a regular push up on the floor. And then during a Bootcamp a different instructor had us do the kind Sarah is doing. So are there different ones? Thank! :)

@TheDoropsDragonfly There are many different forms of push-ups using the TRX. Some more advanced than others and they all challenge you in a slightly different way. The main factor is to make sure you don't progress to the more advanced movements until you can exhibit flawless form on the basic movements.
