@CCCrrrTTT A crock pot is one of the easiest ways to eat healthy and save money. It's all about what you cook in there. Lean meats and lots of veggies is what I do. Throw it all in the crock pot on low before you head off to school, and by the time you come home, you'll have dinner and leftovers for a few days. You can always hit up Google for crock pot recipes, and you'll find a lot of good ones. Good luck.

@getfoundprosmiami They are from a can, rinsed and drained. The crock pot will heat them. DO NOT buy the dried black beans in a bag and you will be A OK =)

Me and my hubby are full time students and work part time , I am 24 and never learned how to cook. We eat out a lot because we have no time to cook by the time we get home from are day. We have gained some weight over the past year because of this. Are your recipes healthy and if so can I make them why we are out of the house. Thank You and I love your videos.

That looks so great! Thanks!
I love this series. They are easy recipes. Plus they are yummy. Another great point is it's all done in slow cooker/croc pot. Thank you so much.

That looks very tasty! I think I would eat that with some sour cream and a flour torilla.
