Please do so, I'm interested. For me to be convinced I would need more than the ("It's a paper cone"), instead I'd expect laser inferometry results, material analysis and really scientific, quantitive and objective stuff.
Saying "the paper Bose uses is shitty" also holds little merit as I am unaware to the actual type of paper and its composite materials.
Anxiously awaiting (Y)

Can you provide scientific proof that a paper cone is worse musically than other materials?
In a subjective manner, could you also explain why some higher end 'audiophile' brands use paper cones for their natural characteristics?

I know. That is why I said wave music system. The lines go: Wave Radio Series II, Wave Music System, Acoustic Wave Music System.

the 7 foot tube is only in the bose accoustic wave music system the big funky stereo looking one bigger than the table radios

sp= increase.
No, it isn't "just" a 7ft tube it is a 1/4 wave transmission line enclosure. The labyrinth is the reason engineers live in our world. I would know..I am one. Sound reflects off of walls no matter what, it is literally simultaneous and exists within the sound decay of the room.
The wave music system has tubes combining to be 62" IIRC in length. PS, you can't take just any speaker and slap it on the end of a tube to get controlled sound and low distortion.

It's a 4.5" driver similar in specs to the Bose 802 Series II loudspeakers.

this system here would replace the old sony system in my living room it needs work

all it is is a speaker with a 7ft glass tube on the end to increace efficiency, and have the sound "bounce" off the walls making it more sourround.
I have a wave radio also,,,,,, i love how it sounds, for being such a small unit,,, it fills the entire room with nice warm sound,,,, HOWEVER,,,, i just do not like the fact that it's only able to be used by the remote control,,,,,, if you lose the remote ,,,you're screwed,,,,, they oughta put at least put some of the controls on the unit itself,,,just for that reason i think,,,,, but other than that,,,,, i still love my wave radio,,,,,,

Indeed!
That design decision was brought to Bose's attention (I'm sure they know about the "issue") through the Bose Idea Exchange quite often actually.
I have two remotes; one in the box hidden and one ready for use ;).
