Starhopping 101 - Section 3 Astro Coordinates and Paper Charts

This is part three of my 30 minute course on how to use astronomical charts to find objects in the sky. The course includes animations to show what you will actually see at the eyepiece.

In this section I will introduce the coordinate system used on charts. I talk more about paper charts and introduce two of the books I use the most. Finally I will talk about the rotations introduced by Newtonians and inverting finders and show that the method I am teaching deals with these.
