2011 was a very busy year for caregivers.
We had may victories - we helped member Rose Gudiel keep her home, and California courts stopped cuts which would put our livelihoods and our patients in mortal danger.
While ULTCW continued to fight for sustainable state funding and respect for long term care, we also joined with our neighbors to fight foreclosures and corporate greed, stood with the rest of the 99 percent.
We put on our second Fresh Start Festival in LA and our first in Oakland, connected with members and neighbors around the fight for good jobs and a fair economy, and showed our power to our elected officials.
Watch some of the highlights of 2011 here, and join us as we continue our journey to justice in 2012!
