Ha-ha... If you are using PLEX in EVE you can't buy power anyway... You have to spend a lot of time to learn skills and you can't speed it up... And even if you managed to get those in-game skills you may not get REAL SKILLS if you are lazy and you will lose you uber-power starship in the first encounter... Pfft... In other MMOs you simply not LOSING your stuff when you die... And that's a big difference...

I would definitely agree that MW3 is aimed at a preteen audience. I don't know anyone who successfully graduated from highschool who wants to buy it.

@AnimeAffair ok so the worlds top players who didnt risk buying gold due to the fact there acc would get hacked will not due it now in a risk free way to get a head start on there competition to be the top pvp or pve`ers in the world? also this is a company stating it is ok to buy in game advantages for money and that means the rich get more in game advantages then the poor is that really a good model for a game?

@AnimeAffair the best of the best drops off raid bosses etc, however the best of the best is usally boe for a certain amount of time, to get to the top in that time(while it mite not be that long)will require huge levels of gold farming(due to an inflated ah) or buying the gold, i suppose my main problem though is that you can buy any type of in game benfit for real money even if its not a big one, i think a sub based game shouldnt try to also sell in game benfits(which gold is)but thats my view

@messi996 The Devs for TERA have stated that the BEST of the best will be Bind on Pickup. So gold will get you as far as crafted gear. Even with buying enchants your bought set will always be inferior to what you earn through BoP drops.

My idea of players who buy gold is they don't have time/drive to REALLY play the game and so i'll never find them in my circles. I'll never see it and it won't effect me and it won't break the game. How do i know this? because its that way in every other MMO.
