@CEREALBOX9311 civic si is 197 horse and 139 lb-ft of torque, but much better handling...0-60 is 6.3 seconds in si, 6.9 in spec-v. clear as day...and new civic is 201 horse and 179 ft-lb of torque (approx for torque cant remember exact. spec v is cheaper though, there is no doubt it is good value for price but it is nothing special

@CEREALBOX9311 civic si has 197hp i belive

@nutajoke claiming he has a GTI VR6... you clearly dont own one cause this doesn't exist. and I doubt the sentra would beat either one of em. the new sentra is styled like a subcompact car. its narrow but its sitting high to improve interior room... thats ugly as fuck

@ironkid5 Seriously? 130-160hp Civic si vs 200hp spec v. The nissan would blow away an si no problem
-
id rather get a civic si

It's amazing. The performance you get out of a minivan chassis. Craziness.

Is this car built on a pickup chassis?

@4G63PWR im thinking the same thing man. Japanese car makers usually fine tune suspension to perfection. If he cant drive it then thats his problem. I just bought a used 2008 one and so far I love it. Cant wait to put it to a real test on the track soon

crap
Why would you compare a 300 HP 4.6L V8 muscle car to a 200 HP 2.5L 4 Cyl. tuner? Thats like comparing apples and oranges. Are you some pissed off GTI owner or something?

I own a 2008 Spec-V and I could tell you that it's the most fun you could get for your money. I owned a 2004 GTI VR6 and a 2006 Audi A4 2.0 all cars with a manual transmission and all at 200hp. The Sentra is faster than the GTI but slower than the Audi. The only disadvantage is that the handling is pretty bad on the SPEC-V....As a car lover I could say that it's still lots of fun to drive.
