Spider-man Web of Shadows Dual Websling HD (PC)

Hey guyz, I made this video a while ago but didn't upload it till now cause I didn't upload anything in a LONG while.
Anyway, this is a glitch/bug I stumbled on while playing the PC version of Spider-Man: Web of Shadows. It's a weird bug, and I know there are other people who have experienced it too, but I don't think anyone knows how to do it exactly.
