Oh and I read (hubby and i are trying for a baby) to avoid all soya as it reduces fertility, so is that all soya or just the gmo soya? x

@alovelylittledeer i have read that all soya is bad for you and messes with the hormone and estrogen levels. I dropped all soya from my diet 7 years ago and i feel way better. Soya is very difficult to digest, causes bloating, & can create imbalances. A simple internet search will fill you in on all you need to know.
