when i was younger i was at a muesaum and saw a picture of the orion nebula, when looking at the picture i feel in love with the universe. that night i went outside and stared at the stars and all of a sudden this rush of emotions flew through my body, i began to shake, my heart was racing very fast, and i was weeping because i felt like i was resonating with the Universe. i didnt feel human anymore i felt united with the Universe. i do this about once a week and the feelings still happen

How to love? I feel like I'm one of those reptiles you discuss in one of your replies. I never felt that I have a home, or belong anywhere. I married someone who adores me but he is a heavy smoker, and I have been nothing but sad, depressed around him. Something about him rubs me the wrong way, I don't know what to do. How should I get my beloved to part with smoking in a loving way? Every time I explain to him that his smoking is limiting to his conscious awareness he discredits my efforts

as I say in my videos and comments many times, everybody has to deside for himself if he wants to evolve in this life or not. Some people need MANY LIFES until they start to love themselfs. Concentrate on your own developement, on your own light. When your light is strong enough, smokers with a lower vibration can´t stay with you. This is their change to make a desission: to live for the LIGHT or the Darkness.

Hi Alaje.

I'm not sure how to start. I just recently learned about you, and your theories. I must admit it moved me because my whole life I have been seeking the art of loving those who love me, I feel helpless because I'm afraid I don't know how to love. I often hurt the people who love me, and adore the ones who treat me badly.

I get depressed a lot, and have often times thought that ending my life would be better because it would put a stop to the continuous abuse cycle that is my life.

@777ALAJE My question is when you say to take st johns wort and vitamins for health. What vitamins are correct, I wonder if the vitamin or multivitamin supplements are good as they often have addititves. Or how to get vitamins and nutrients in a good way if natural vegetables are not available? Eg only gm foods or ones that have been radiated. I am taking much care over my health now and want to know if any supplements are good or only fruit veg nuts etc if possible. Many thanks!
