@PurpleFreak227 At the time this was recorded, the iPhone 4 only used a standard phillips head screwdriver to remove the back plate. More recent models include screws that require a pentalobe screwdriver. They basically are a 5 point star. They do this to force you to either buy the tool or take it to Apple to get anything fixed.

@badderthanyou the model number is on the back of the glass of course it would void the warranty unless you have some genius way to write it on there without them noticing?!
