Very selfish conmments, comparing comments really suck, nobody is able to play like nobody, everyone has his own way , if you thik their is one a unique masters way to study repertoire then you should reveal it MASTER

Well,

It should be self-evident for a player to put his entire soul for everything he plays.

But i think this is not the case happening here.

Expressions may be practised, but i think that theqnikue should be practised and the soul comes afterwards, so the player must practise so long that his soul reaches the music too.

Yes, its worth apprecation but i think that a dude like this Izok has some hidden capabilities which he cant express on this very Koussevitzky yet.

I disagree

Expression is what musicians practice in their whole life. Their soul are right there at the very beginning, since they are human being.

There's no perfect interpretation, maybe we are not closed enough to it but Itzok's performance worths appreciation.

Sorry, I am the very Mr Koussevitzky.

And i feel so much pain in my grave when these dudes like Izok play my Db concerto through as it was something average music.

If u wanna be a master, listen to Yehudi Menuhin playing Bachs Chaconne part1, then he was 17 years old (Menuhin). Then u know what i mean.

Itzok plays really well, but the sound lacks his person, soul and touching moments.

Thats something one cannot practise.

Its inside the brain and heart.

i think his playing is very cantabile

interpretation is so personal,

u're not Koussevitzky, right?

It seems as if u were trying to just play as good as u can.

As u may know already, it gets nothing like that.

U must put ur entire soul and everything for this koussevitzky..

u could play much more piano.

Much more long line and beautiful surprising moments..

try to sing while u play an practise..

u are so near but so far away to understand this piece..soo difficult to make an interpretation
