Green Day Miami 8-4-09

Opening song of Green Day concert at American Airlines Arena in Miami on Tuesday 8-4-09. Song of the century and 21st Century Breakdown.

They were being idiots not allowing cameras in. I was lucky to get mine in. I like GREEN DAY but that is something that bothers me when a so called punk band or whatever they are classified as, who has songs against Corporations and Government....go right along with NOT allowing cameras in their concerts. I believe they have control over whether we can bring in our cameras or not. Also they seem to be very active in NOT allowing their videos to show up on YOU TUBE. So what is that all about. Just try to find some of their official music videos on YOU TUBE, it's pretty difficult. Don't get me wrong I like their music obviously, but I don't appreciate the fake punk rock sell out corporate mentality. These guys have more money than god now, so why make it hard on their fans?????

It's not Green Day who don't allow it, its AA Arena....My arena in Phili let us have Cameras...everyone has them in the vids, it was awesome

@1surfsk8r its not the band , it depends on the arena some arenas dont let cameras in like AA so dont hate on them its not there fault

@M15CY not at all, but if they don't sign these contracts, then it ends their career, and they've worked way to hard to fall back over video cameras, and websites. If you were in a band, would you give up your job over a couple of videos?

and one more thing....they don't post Youtube vids cause their contract doesn't let them. Again it's not Green Day, it their management, Contracts, and the Arena.....they aren't even allowed to have Myspaces, but they seem to slip past that rule a lot...
