@MelanicDisaster That's completely untrue -- there have been plenty of women inventors, scientists, and leaders. It just so happens that there were more men embodying these roles in history because men forbid women from participating in public life, or severely censured them if they did. Why should women be "grateful" for inventions and progress when they were oppressed by men?
