Rudolf Hess was not even around for the creation of the Final Solution. I wish you would put Himmler and Heydrich higher on the list. Neither is a good example of anyone's master race.

@rampking1 The "Master Race" was merely a symptom of the NSDAP's arrogance. While there may have been more worthy individulas to include, Skorzeny was hardly without blame. If you are part of an evil regime and actively, and enthusiastically carry out its program you aren't someone I'd consider "good". Moreover, this video doesn't focus entirely on the holocaust.

@rexlibris99 Skorzeny was a legend and respected by both sides and those are the facts.

In fact he escaped prison after the war and lived openly and freely in Spain until he died from natural causes.

If he was guilty of ANYTHING, The SAS or the Israeli Mossad would have ran him down and took him out.

Sorry, throwing a blanket of "evil" over all Germans defuses your whole point here.

@rampking1 Where did I say "all" Germans? You didn't see Beck's or Stauffenberg's picture there. Skorzeny's participation in ODESSA and Spanish neo-Nazi groups is also well-known.

a thing people dont understand is these are ordinary men,born as babies to doting mothers and fathers,in the case of most of the top nazi elite they all served in ww1,they were in the horror saw and smelt the death,became immune to human suffering and in a way only existing for war,the horrible sad thing is ww1 was the most needless war ever,but it gave birth to these men in this video,in many way there was no second world war only a ww1 part two.

@AngloSaxon1921 The alliance had nothing to with friendship and everything to do with survival. The bombers over London weren't Russian, they were German. I think that any "peace" Hitler offered was a joke or did you forget about the Munich agreement? Hitler was the one dead set on war and not Churchill.

There were even German partisans who suffered at the hands of Nazis. However the GREED of Germany swelled immensely because of the depression and economic instability untils someone with the help of others united them. Too bad the restoration of the 3 Reich was not done in PEACE. That would have been a benefit to all. Bloodthirsty disregard for others is certainly not the road to prosperity. It only increases the hatred and need for revenge.
