The Cybermen are even more interesting then the Daleks at times due to the fact that while the Daleks are beings of pure malice, hatred, and destruction, the Cybermen are actually convinced they're doing whats best for the Universe. :)

60s cybermen are the best they were so creepy and the fact that they still look slightly human and have human hands (some of them) and are more flexible creeps me out even more because its like they're quite similar and i can see myself being turned into one

I used to prefer the new series cybermen but since I watched tomb of the cybermen I'll say the 60s ones are definately the best.
