We might have evolved eating meat, but we have come to a sufficient knowledge of nutrients to be perfectly able to adjust our diet without meat in it, and live perfectly well, in my opinion, much better. Industrial meat is saturated with pesticides, herbicides, insecticides and chemical fertilizers of their food, products that simply accumulates themselves in their tissues, without talking about the antibiotics and hormones treatments, which ends up in our plates too

Damn, hoss, what were you eating??? There's iron in practically everything. Especially grains. The blackstrap molasses I use have 20% RDA of iron in one tablespoon. And as far as vegan food being "torture", I'd really like to know what you were eating. I ate meat, cheese, dairy, and eggs for 26 years. I never enjoyed so much of a variety of different foods as I have since going vegan. I cook more, I eat more fruit, I try more foods I'd never had before, I spend less on food. Not torture for me.

No one living in northern Europe, sub-arctic, or arctic climates could have survived without animal hides. It is the natural order, and yes, we are at the top of the food chain. Go out and tell all the predatory species of the world they are "speciests"! Just because we got really good at killing animals does not mean we should stop. Likewise, just because we can avoid their use does not mean we should stop either. This is a godless and flawed morality that twists evolution to your liking.

This is sad that is vegan people who see this video. I'm vegan too. I'm empathic for animals but what about all normal people? We cannot see this documentary on TV... Only people who cares about specism see this kind of video. I'm very angry to see all cruelty all aroud the world. It's torturing me, it's confort me in the choice to don't eating animal's products...but what about "normal people"?They don't care about that...They are eating their Hamburger and thinking "hum that's taste good"
