Nice looking blue subaru wrx sti on the road. This is the subie with the huge rear wing spoiler. I really like the color of this car, i think it is called WRC Blue, World Rally Challenge IIRC.

Filmed on my HTC HD2 driving in my 2008 Honda civic Si coupe.

  • the car paint code is called WRB = world rally blue. but yes, it's similar to the color on the WRC car itself.

the wing HAS BEEN proven in wind tunnel tests to offer a LOT of downforce at surprisingly low speeds. 40mph+ and results are already seen. The WRC car itself wouldn't have the wing if it wasnt useful, and the production car has the wing derived from the race car.

That's an 04/05 STI, GD chasse.

  • @KuostA Awesome, info, thanks man! Sounds like the wing is functional :)

  • Lol the car on the left is a 2008 to present subaru generation... xD

  • The spoiler does quite a bit at speeds upwards of 180 kph (112 mph), i wouldn't feel safe without it.
