  • Even without the creepy child/clown, the noise itself gives me the shivers. Ah, I miss the testcard...

  • I wonder if the BBC still use Test Card G internally?

  • This was shown as part of a contingency test from BBC Pebble Mill in Birmingham, as part of a back-up plan should there be a major incident at Television Centre in London then both BBC1 and BBC2 would evacuate to Birmingham where a switch would be thrown so that they would then attempt to run as normal a service as possible.
