handsome Russian gymnast Alexei Nemov reveals muscular body at the Olympics. Back in the days when TV hunks were few and far between, we all looked forward to seeing muscular male gymnasts in competition. So imagine the thrill when one of the best-looking gymnasts ever to grace a pommel horse, decided to go shirtless for the end-of-games gymnastics gala. These days, sportsmen of all kinds can't wait to take their tops off for any old calendar or TV dancing competition. But Alexei's torso going on display was quite a moment for the story of shirtless.

Bodyweight is AMAZING it is really under rated. Being able to hold your bodyweight and pull some crazy gymnast stuff is necessary for you. And you grow into your body good
