Flying Scotsman Driver's eye view preview

www.video125.co.uk This Driver's eye view of the East Coast Main Line was filmed in 1999 and 2000 from a class 91 electric loco operated by GNER. This crack express train was their flagship service carrying the legendary name Flying Scotsman. Originally released on two separate VHS cassettes, part one takes us from London Kings Cross to York with just one stop at Peterborough at an average speed of over a hundred miles an hour. Part two continues from York to Edinburgh Waverley also with just one stop - at Newcastle upon Tyne
Both parts are contained within just one DVD providing a total running time of 190 minutes of great action. Great value at just £20 too!

I think the east coast service should stay nationalised from now on.

Privatisation hasn't succeeded in improving anything at all.

Thought the Flying Scotsman was a steam engine, Got to ride the Flying Scotsman

in Toronto in the early 70's when they brought it to north america
