http://www.mosesinhomefitness.com/resistance-bands.htm In home exercises-Lower back and abs. The first exercise is the cobra, works the lower back and spine muscle groups. The second exercise is the bridge, and this works the core muscles, abs.

  • best thing to get to get your back ripped is a roman chair.. its worth whatever the price is... or when i didnt have one, i would lay face down on the floor, put my toes on the couch/bed as grip , put my hands behind my ears and push myself up, u will need a towel or something comfy on the floor though.

  • @schwarzfalk Cobra is a good body weight exercise for the lower back.

    There is equipment you can get for your lower back. A weight. Find an elevated flat surface that allows you to hang your torso off the surface at the hip. Hold weight to chest. Dip your torso down, then bring it up. That's lower back.

    As for inner vs outer abdominal's- you have the internet at your disposal. No excuses there buddy. 

  • I do the bridge for 2 minutes (both legs though), and still don't know what muscles are exercised :/

    some1 told me it works the "inner abdominals" whatever that means (as opposed to sit-ups which works the "outer abdominals", wtf???)

    anyway lower back is VERY hard to work outside a gym cause there ain't appropriate equipment we can buy for working these muscles, is the cobra exercise the best there is for the lower back?

  • @Kounteron I don't want the muscle this guy has . I'm a high jumper and I don't want to weight much . can tell you I'm more ripped than this guy .. and if I want I can gain muscle and not look fat you know ?
