Neville Dickie on the Piano "Hobson Street Blues"

This was one of several numbers I recorded with Neville Dickie at the piano. This was a fantastic set with Neville and Danny Coots playing together on a Friday morning at the Hilton Hotel-Costa Mesa during the 8th annual Orange County Classic Jazz Festival.
On this particular tune Danny took a break while Neville worked the ivories alone.

I know of "Hobson's Choice" but not of Hobson St.Music of this quality should have a preservation order placed upon it.How the ladies and gentlemen on these sites bring the instruments to life.And how!Still washing,Tom?

That's actually the first time I've heard Hobson Street Blues played for real. Previously only heard it via John Roache's SID-Player arrangement on the Commodore 64 waaaaay back in the early 1980s.
