I think it means you destroy counter UAV so you "restore" your teams radar.

When i destroyed my own team's UAV, the box at the right top said that I "Restored UAV". Don't "Destroyed UAV". I don't know what the fuck it means. :)

Its a Predator. Theres 2 different types they use in MW2. A UAV Predator, and a Missile Predator. :3
