The sudden change of music is the Grenadier Guards slow march. They usually do this with each of the foot guards regiment as they enter victoria barracks after changing of the guard.

No - I too am afflicted with this obsessive condition.
Not to make you jealous but I am right next to Windsor and just a short distance from London.
