Part 2: With or Without You (U2 Cover: R&H) with Vox 1964 AC30TB

My second cover of U2's With or Without You. Based on the live version from Rattle & Hum. Effects from Axe-Fx Ultra. I did not use the amp and cab models in the Axe-Fx. I used my 1964 AC30TB for this second version of the cover. I also corrected a couple minor mistakes that I made in the lead in the first cover. See www.u2guitartutorials.com for more information. Compare this Part 2 to Part 1 and you will see that the Axe-Fx does a great job of modeling a Vox AC30.

What do you think of the octo reverb on the pod hd500 for shimmer?

@guitarforlif: I haven't used it too much, but it seems pretty good. HD500 is great for the money. You need to spend time with the parameters to get the shimmer right, but it can do a good job.

Michael, as always great cover. One suggestion, use the tremolo a little more during the sustainer part in the beginning to give it a little flavor. Also, have you ever played the outro solo that Edge played in some of the Zoo TV versions? I love that version.
