You guys are SERIOUSLY life savers for college students! I'm actually eating your kale, quinoa, and tomato salad right now (and it's DELISH!). Love you guys! Keep doing what you do, I love your videos!

Like you said I'm sure there are different variations and this is one I've never seen before. As a Greek, living in Greece, I'd like to share how we do it here :)
No mint, no onion, no lemon juice.
Add the cucumber to the yogurt after you've grated(or cubed if you like the texture) and squeezed all the juice out.
Then add a splash of red wine vinegar, about 2 Tbsp of good olive oil, chopped garlic and season with salt and pepper.
Enjoy! :)

@wcfoodies thanks for the advice! I haven't really had the chance to talk to people who have used the 60D. I shoot with a sony cybershot hx1 right now, and while it's great, I find that its small size makes the video shaky. But I'm definitely going try out the 60D before I buy it!
When I make Tzatziki, I get regular yogurt and strain out the whey with cheese cloth so its thicker (because Greek yogurt is expensive). I don't use onion, I use garlic. I salt the cucumber for awhile and then rinse it and squeeze it out because if you leave it unsalted, if the Tzatziki sits, the cucumber leaks and it gets real thin. I don't like that, so I salt the cucumber.
