Nick: **sees david walking towards them** ok, but if anything goes wrong, i'm gonna jump in.

Selena: **laughs** ok.

David: **sees nick** why are you with him again?!!

Selena: it's not your business anymore. we broke up. remember?

David: the kiss wasn't my fault! she kissed me!! i didn't cheat on you. i love you selena.

Selena: i don't wanna deal with this. **tries to leave**

David: **grabs her arm** please selena!! just give me one more chance.

Selena: **tries to pull away** let go, you're hurting me!!

Nick: she said let go!! **pushes david**

Joe: you tell him little bro!!

David: **looks at joe**

Joe: AHHH!! he's got THE look! **runs behind demi**

Demi: **laughs**

David: **looks back at nick** this is between me and selena. you have nothing to do with this! so back off!!

Nick: LOOK! selena is one of my really good friends. and i'm not gonna let some maniac hurt her.
David: **mad** who are you calling a maniac?!?

Nick: oh, i'm sorry. did i talk too fast?

David: **really mad** that's it!! **punches nick in the face**

Selena: **runs to nick's side** OMG!! are you ok?

David: **looks and selena and pouts** how about me? my hand hurts too.

Selena: save it david. just leave!! you've done enough damage. **looks back at nick** are you ok?

Nick: **in pain** yea, i'm fine. **looks at david** i believe she told you to leave.

David: you win this time. but this isn't over!! **storms off**

Selena: **touches his sorta bruised eye** ohhhh...it looks bad.

Nick: don't worry about me. i'm fine.

Selena: thanks for standing up for me.

Nick: anytime. **smiles**

Demi: so...are we still gonna go shopping or what?

Selena: yea!!

**they finish shopping and go back to the jonas brothers' house**

Joe: **falls on the couch** i'm beat.

Nick: **falls on the couch next to him** man!! when they say girls shop till they drop, they're not kidding!!

Demi: **laughs** now you guys know what we're capable of.

Selena: **laughs**

Kevin: **comes downstairs** hey guys, how was shopping? **sees nick** WOWZERS!! what happened to your face bro?
Nick: nothing...

Selena: he was standing up for me and david punched him in the face.

Kevin: i see.

Selena: oh. my parents called and told me they're going to be out of town for the week. is it ok if i stay here?

Nick: of course.

Joe: can you stay too demi?

Demi: given the fact that i live with selena, yes, i'm pretty sure i have to stay here too. that's if, you want me to.

Joe: YAY!!

Kevin: anyways, i'm gonna go.

Selena: go where?

Kevin: umm...i have tutoring. see ya guys. bye. **leaves quickly**

Demi: he's up to something.

Nick: you guys wanna follow him? **smiles**

Selena: i'm in!!

Joe&Demi: me too!!

Nick: ok. let's go. **leaves**

Selena: i thought he had tutoring. why is he going to the mall?

Nick: i don't know, but something doesn't smell right.

Joe: hehe. sorry. i knew i shouldn't have had that burrito! but it looked so good!!

Nick: you're gross dude!!

Demi&Selena: **laughs**
