@InfinityXSeven no i only knwo about when using the bosmer/wood elfs skill lets you get it for about 1 hour gametime

The npcs that cant be killed are really annoying. they always attack you and you cant do anything about it. they should be removed after the main storyline or something. and if they have a quest for you, and you kill them, you simply fail the quest.

@xXBlackShadow0Xx YES you can, but it's rather slow, and you can't fast-travel. I suppose if the items you were carrying were REALLY important you could carry them to the nearest town.
