The model is called Cruise_ship Poseidon.It is a fictional cruise ship so you can use it anywhere you want. You can purchase it from renderosity at 19$. This is a 3 months limited offer. It won't sell at that price when the time is up:-)

Damned impressive piece of work. If I were into modern cruiseships, I'd buy it in a second.

Since I'm not, I hope you'll come up with a "classic" ship model like the Queen Mary or the Aquitania that has this level of detail.
