This is me beating world 6 in SMB2 in record time. If anyone has played this game you'll realize how ridiculously hard these levels are. I beat the first three boards without getting hit a single time. On the fourth board I died once, but ended up beating the level for the first time on my next try.

  • FAKE look at the time

  • The time in Mario games isn't in seconds. The NES couldn't keep steady time. To fake it I'd have to record the music and sound effects separately and combine them later to line up without being sped up. Plus, I die at the end. Lol.

  • where can you download smb2j?

  • Wii Virtual Console.

  • dont, get the original system and play it...its the best and only true way. I don't understand people. Downloading games, playing them on a computer, ridiculous. Yay i bought original mario with my wii points pfftttt the only way to full enjoy this is originally the system. You know little glitches and tricks you can perform on the cartridge cant be done on a download because they fix this type of thing.

  • I believe all Virtual Console games are exact ports of the original game files. The code doesn't exist the modify some of them. But either way, this game doesn't exist on an NES cartridge, only Famicom. So unless you want to import a Japanese system, VC is the only way to go.

"Super Mario Bross. 2 Lost Levels" this is it !

  • Skills. Skills!! Nice. I perform speedruns on SMB the lost levels too and I have complete the game multiple times but that was a nice speedrun you done.

  • @altoidyoda And even though peripherals of the Famicom, named Famiclones, are common these days, the thing that isn't common any more is the original Famicom Disk System Game Disk of Super Mario Bros. the lost levels. Believe me, the only easy way to experience the game is to download it off Wii's Virtual Console OR download it on a computer and then download an emulator for the rom and then play it but really, the best way to go is definitely Virtual Console. I agree with you, altoidyoda.

  • @BazukaT Who wasn't?

  • @21luigiigiul12 In the United States, SMB2 is a different game (a slightly modified version of Doki Doki Panic, later released in Japan as Super Mario USA). People say the j (for Japan) to differentiate this game from the Lost Levels, which is the western name for the Japanese Super Mario Bros. 2.

  • wow, if this was Japans Super Mario 2 they must have been absolutely blown away by Super Mario 3!

  • @gopits Why does everybody say the 'j' after SMB2? What does it mean?
