The HD4650 has performed worse than i thought...
but oh well
its a old gpu without power even for 1440x900 and that´s a "small" resolution
It did 16 fps average with fraps....
The minimum acceptable for a racing game is 30fps...
And i played with everything at medium without Anti Aliasing...
but if i low the resolution to 1280x720 it does good ;D
30fps without fraps is more than enough for play nfss
And the Pentium Dual Core E5300 doesnt help at all
NOT THAT BAD FOR A 55 euros card!!
PC Specs in vid

Resolution:1440x900
Medium Settings
0xAA
0xAF(Bilinear)
