I work in GIMP, and I've just started working in digital paintings. I should probably try uploading something to youtube :)
I don't have a tablet yet, but I seem to be functioning decently with a tablet.

Simply amazing, I'm seing all your videos about gimp, and then I try to paint and it's easy, only with airbrush paintbrush and smear tool. I thank you very much I always like to do some art but I could't do it bacause the phisical materails are expensive, but digital painting its amazing.and free. What tablet pc do you use? Any tablet pc could work fine?

You'd have to check that the TabletPC has a pressure sensitive screen. NOT a touch screen (as it just registers a press on/off, but pressure sensitive, to allow you to lean heavy/light to have GIMP act like a true brush/pen on paper/canvas. Alternatively you could buy a tablet, but I find them harder to use.

hey...why is it ctrl l is not woking...i can't see layers of my drawings...what do you think is the prob..thanks

Hi, if CTRL+L isn't making your Layers tab show up, try the menu for Windows>Layers. Good luck!
